About Fluoride & Dental Sealants

Fluoride and sealants are small, preventive steps that pay off for years. A professional fluoride treatment remineralizes enamel and helps reverse the earliest signs of decay, while sealants act as a protective coating over the deep grooves where cavities most often start.

Sealants are especially valuable for children and teens as their adult molars come in, but adults prone to decay benefit too. Both treatments are quick, comfortable, and completely painless.

We'll recommend these only when they genuinely add protection — never as routine upselling.

What to expect

Your treatment journey, step by step

We keep every stage calm, clear, and comfortable — so you always know what's happening and why.

  1. Quick assessment

We check which teeth would benefit and confirm the treatment is right for you.

  2. Clean & dry the surface

The teeth are gently cleaned and dried so the sealant or fluoride bonds well.

  3. Apply the protection

Sealant is painted into the grooves and set with a light; fluoride is brushed or trayed on.

  4. You're done

There's no recovery time — most people head straight back to their day.
